In Episode 7 I go into a little bit of detail about my experience of the grief meditation from Episode 6. We talk about ancestral trauma, and differentiate that from energetic inheritance and past life trauma. This week's guided meditation centers around inviting our ancestors into our energetic sanctuary to heal ancestral trauma.

In this meditation we work directly with our body's energetic field, encouraging our vibrations to come into harmony.
