Energetic Spring Cleaning with Sound

Service Description

There's a reason we are drawn to clean in Spring-- this is a time to clear out old clutter and refresh our space. Just like we clean our homes, our energy within and around the body can also benefit from some periodic clearing and protection. Join us on Tuesday, 5/7 from 6:30-8 PM for a short Sacred Sound Journey to help clear out old frequencies that are no longer serving you, a guided experiential practice to clean the energy within the physical body, and a group sound practice to call in energy of protection for your freshly cleared energetic space. We will be practicing kirtan (a call and response meditative song) together. Using your voice is a powerful way to clear and refresh the vibrations in your space. Participation is always consent-based and you can choose to listen and immerse yourself in the flow of the song if you are not comfortable singing along.
