There's a reason we are drawn to clean in Spring-- this is a time to clear out old clutter and refresh our space. Just like we clean our homes, our energy within and around the body can also benefit from some periodic clearing and protection. Join us on Tuesday, 5/7 from 6:30-8 PM for a short Sacred Sound Journey to help clear out old frequencies that are no longer serving you, a guided experiential practice to clean the energy within the physical body, and a group sound practice to call in energy of protection for your freshly cleared energetic space. We will be practicing kirtan (a call and response meditative song) together. Using your voice is a powerful way to clear and refresh the vibrations in your space. Participation is always consent-based and you can choose to listen and immerse yourself in the flow of the song if you are not comfortable singing along.

This is open to practitioners of all types and experience levels, even those brand new or just thinking about stepping into energy work. This is a safe space in which we can explore the challenges and rewards of practicing energy work, whether you have a question about a specific situation, are seeking support in deepening your current practice, or are looking for like-minded practitioners who understand the ins and outs of energetic work. This is not a traditional "share," although we will hold space to give and receive with each other and to support anyone who is looking to practice a new modality and to receive constructive feedback in a safe space.

For many of us, experiences of pain and shame around that expression have caused us to limit or shut down authentic expression of our voice. What are some of the ways re-awakening your authentic voice can change the way you show up in the world? 1) Speaking more truth and being heard in your life and relationships 2) Strengthening your unique expression and creativity 3) Building courage around sharing your voice publicly This 6 hour workshop will be held both in person and online, and will include multiple experiential practices to move the energy drives our voice, foundations for building your own vocal practice, one-on-one energetic support, and discussion and sharing around why we shut down our voices in a non-judgmental, nurturing space. We will take several breaks throughout the day. Light snacks and water will be provided but please bring any additional food or drinks you might want.
