By accessing or using our website, paulataylorenergy.com (the "Site"), purchasing our online activations, courses, or retreats, or booking our in-person services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services. 

 

1. HEALTH AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

  • Not Medical or Mental Health Advice: The information, energy healing, sound healing, Reiki, Dimensional Frequency Expansion (DFE), intuitive readings, coaching, guided meditations, and podcast content provided through this Site are for educational, spiritual, and self-development purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or care. 

     

  • Participant Responsibility: You understand that energy and sound work can catalyze deep emotional or physical shifts. You assume full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after any session, class, or retreat. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical or mental health conditions. 

     

  • In-Person Bodywork: In-person massage therapy and bodywork are provided by a licensed therapist in the State of Arizona. These services are strictly therapeutic and non-medical. 

     

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY METHODS

  • Ownership of Content: All content on this site, including text, music, audio frequencies, channeled materials, graphics, and course curricula, is the property of Paula Taylor Energy LLC. 

     

  • Dimensional Frequency Expansion (DFE): DFE is a proprietary quantum sound and energy healing system. Certification, training materials, and activations are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not record, replicate, teach, distribute, or commercially exploit DFE training materials or audio tracks without explicit, written authorization from Paula Taylor. 

     

3. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Pricing: All rates for activations, virtual classes, physical bodywork, and retreats are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. 

     

  • Cancellations and Refunds: 

     

    • In-Person Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

       

    • Virtual Classes & Activations: All digital products, downloadable audio, and online activations are non-refundable once purchased or accessed. 

       

    • Retreats: Deposits and balancing payments for retreats (including the Angelic Awakening Retreat) are governed by specific retreat agreements provided at the time of booking. Due to upfront event costs, retreat payments are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing. 

       

4. USER CONDUCT & ONLINE SPACES

By participating in online activations, forums, or virtual classrooms, you agree to act with respect, integrity, and consideration for the collective energy of the group. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a virtual event or course, without a refund, if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the community space. 

 

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paula Taylor Energy LLC, its members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, reliance on intuitive readings, participation in energy/sound shifts, or attendance at events. You use our services and content completely at your own risk. 

 

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States

, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be filed in the appropriate court located in Pima County, Arizona.
