Welcome to the Spiritual Awakening Sanctuary. By subscribing to this online community, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and community guidelines. This policy ensures a safe, respectful, and legally sound energetic container for all members.

1. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

• Subscription Rate: The membership is a recurring monthly subscription of $22 USD per month.

• Automatic Renewal: By completing your purchase on Paula Taylor Energy, you authorize Paula Taylor Energy LLC to charge your chosen payment method automatically every month.

• Billing Cycle: Charges occur on the same calendar day each month, corresponding to your initial sign-up date.

2. INCLUDED BENEFITS & ACCESS

As an active member of the Sanctuary, you receive access to exclusive virtual offerings, including:

• Weekly Energy Activations and guided meditations.

• Monthly Virtual Sacred Sound Journeys and virtual community meetups.

• Bonus Content: Premium podcast episodes and exclusive media.

• Member Discounts: Significant discounts on 1-on-1 virtual sessions, activations, and Dimensional Frequency Expansion classes.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancel Anytime: You have complete control over your subscription and can cancel at any time.

• How to Cancel: You can cancel autonomously by logging into your Account Settings on the website, or by submitting a request through the contact form at the bottom of the Paula Taylor Energy Pricing Page.

• Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community group and active perks until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further recurring charges will occur.

4. REFUND POLICY

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate digital delivery of community access, downloadable activations, and exclusive content, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

• No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing cycle.

5. FAILED PAYMENTS & WIX BILLING GRACE PERIOD

• Failed Initial Charge: If your credit card on file fails on your scheduled monthly billing date, your account will instantly enter a Wix Payments Grace Period.

• Automatic Retry Schedule: Our billing platform will keep your subscription active and automatically attempt to re-charge your card over the course of the configured grace period (up to 14 days). You will receive an automated email notification requesting that you update your billing details.

• Suspension & Cancellation: If the payment method is not successfully updated or the balance is not collected by the end of the designated grace period, your plan will be automatically canceled by the system. To regain access to the Sanctuary and previous historical pricing, you will need to re-register under the then-current public rate.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

• Ownership of Content: All materials provided within the Sanctuary—including but not limited to weekly energy activations, guided meditations, sacred sound journey audio recordings, PDF guides, videos, and website text—are the exclusive intellectual property of Paula Taylor Energy LLC.

• Personal Use License: Your subscription grants you a single, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and use the content for your personal spiritual practice only.

• Strict Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, copying, reproducing, selling, or distributing any proprietary audio, media, or course materials outside the community space. Unauthorized sharing of this content on social media, shared drives, or with non-subscribers will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund, and may incur legal action.

7. MEMBER DISCOUNT CODE USAGE RULES

• Exclusively for Active Members: The special discount codes provided for 1-on-1 virtual sessions, activations, and Dimensional Frequency Expansion classes are a strict privilege for active, paying Sanctuary members.

• Prohibition on Sharing: You may not share these codes with friends, family, or non-members.

• Misuse Enforcement: If a discount code is found to be applied to a purchase made by a non-member, the associated booking or class registration will be canceled immediately. The member who shared the code may face permanent removal from the Sanctuary.

8. COMMUNITY CONTAINER GUIDELINES

To preserve the sacred, grounded, and supportive environment of our virtual space:

• Respect & Safety: Members will interact with like-hearted individuals with empathy, respect, and kindness. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or unsolicited self-promotion/spam will result in immediate removal from the sanctuary without a refund.

• Privacy: To foster genuine vulnerability, everything shared within the private sanctuary group must remain strictly confidential. Sharing other members' personal stories or experiences outside the group is strictly prohibited.
