New Year Rebirthing Ceremony

The New Year can be a great time for rebirth-- releasing what no longer serves, supporting what's in the process of birthing, and setting intentions about what we want to call in for the rest of the year Join us in a New Year Rebirthing Ceremony on 1/3 from 10-11:15a Mountain Time with a guided movement practice to let go of what you are ready to release, a focused exercise to set intentions about your rebirth, and a short Sacred Sound Journey to activate those intentions in our physical reality. Please bring something to write on and with along with anything you'd like to assist you in this ceremony-- crystals, journals, items from your altar, basically anything that you feel intuitively called to include.
